StretchLab is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee sales for our studio in Burlingame Location.

POSITION:

The Sales Manager’s main responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals and retain current membership base.

Additional responsibilities include increasing the member experience through engagement and building relationships, assisting with customer service, helping prospective members and existing members with concerns and questions regarding StretchLab.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and assisting in training Sales Reps in sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

DUTIES

  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quota: Unit and Revenue Goals
  • Provide top of the line service to all new and existing clients
  • Convert leads into appointments; convert intros into new members
  • Execute sales process of first- time client experience, follow up, and close
  • Become proficient in ClubReady to be able to perform daily tasks
  • Attend weekly sales webinars
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • This position offers a competitive pay; based on experience & performance.
  • Commission paid on sales
  • Opportunity to bonus, based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
